Community Reassurance Patrol - Inglehurst Gardens

PCSO Naz and PCSO Martin carried out a foot patrol in Inglehurst Gardens following concerns raised by local residents regarding vehicles allegedly speeding in the area.

We took these concerns seriously and conducted patrols to monitor driver behaviour and assess the situation first-hand. During our time in the area, we did not observe any vehicles driving at excessive speeds. We also attempted to speak with staff at the local church; however, no one was available at the time of our visit.

We spoke with several residents to provide reassurance and to let them know that their concerns are being listened to and acted upon. Residents were encouraged to continue reporting any incidents of dangerous or excessive speeding.

Should these concerns persist, the Safer Neighbourhood Team will explore opportunities to work alongside the London Borough and partner agencies, including the possibility of conducting a joint speed enforcement operation using speed detection equipment.
